AutoNation Ford North Canton

I don't often write online reviews but really felt that it would be worthwhile to share my experience with others looking to buy a car from this dealership. I had been looking for a Mazda 6 and found one online they had listed that had the options I was looking for. An online request for availability and a double check on options was quickly returned from my salesman Michael Jordan. When I arrived they had the car pulled upfront and after a quick lookover they handed me the keys for a test drive. The car was in good shape and the price was right - I was happy with everything but the "feel" of the brakes. I purchased the car that day confident that the brake issue was from the car sitting on the lot and the bad weather we had the last couple of days. Long story short - I was concerned I would be unhappy with the car if the brakes didn't "improve" with use. Michael and the internet sales director Marcus Miller went above and beyond to check into the issue. I came back to re drive the car - it was perfect. Happy to say I took it home and I am very pleased with the purchase. Buying a car is a big purchase for me. I had looked and talked to probably a dozen dealerships in my searching. Many were good - some downright terrible, but Autonation Ford North Canton was head and shoulders the best. With their 3 day, 150 mile return policy and their excellent and professional service I don't know how you could go wrong. Certainly worth the visit - 5 stars to both Michael and Marcus.
