Horrible service

onI recently took my truck into their dealership because the cylinder 5 was misfiring. They diagnosed it within the week. Two weeks wait for the warranty claim to clear. Then two MORE weeks after the warranty had cleared, because their mechanic had to go to another state to get re-certified. Then add on another week because they FORGOT to order the part...
By this point and time, my truck has been in their shop for a month and a half. To compensate for the extra week I had to wait for the part to come in, they were going to cover my vehicle rental for that week. I just called the warranty company to use the rental reimbursement for the remainder of the time and I find out that this crooked dealership had already used the credit. This was after the service manager assured me that the dealership would cover the week rental themselves and they weren't going to use the warranty. So they can mess up over and over, promise to compensate, but use my warranty so I can't save money on the rest of the MONTH AND A HALF I had to rent a car?
Ridiculous.
