Service at Flow Mini was terrible.

I drove 2 hours to have my Mini serviced at Flow Mini in Winston Salem. When I arrived there, the service representative assured me he would find out how long it would take to service my vehicle so that my husband and I might go to the mall while we wait. I had to go back to the service desk2 times in 45 minutes just to find out if we could leave for the mall. I was the only customer in the entire building. Finally, the service rep, said he would get someone to drive us to the mall because it would be at least 2hours. So, approximately 20 minutes later, a service person drove us a couple miles up the street to the mall. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, the bill was more than I had expected. I asked why. The service representative rudely explained the bill also telling me don't expect people to work for free. I explained that some of the work was going to be paid by my insurance company and I wanted to be sure of how all that worked since I'd never had to do that before -- Not that I expected anyone to work for free. The man rudely said that I was trying to get out of paying the bill. I tried to nicely explain that the money wasn't a problem but... well, he interrupted me time and time again. While I was on the phone with my insurance lady he was arguing so loud with my husband that she told me to call her back once all the shouting stopped. He finalized saying that I could go somewhere else since I wasn't going to be responsible for the bill and reminded me that FLow MINI doesn't work for free! He wouldn't even allow me to explain the circumstance. I did raise my voice at that point and I also started to cry because it was so ridiculous!!! I did not expect to drive that far to have work done on my car to be treated the way I was treated. The manager of the store came to talk to me. He listened to what I had to say and said his employee had a different version to tell. Well, I was there and I know how he treated me. The manager didn't even make it right. No apologies, nothing. I will never return to that store and if any of my co workers, family or friends want a BMW or MINI, you best believe I will steer them away from this dealership. The entire trip to this place was a nightmare that ended with myself in tears. Totally ridiculous. Do not go to Flow MINI in Winston Salem. If it's like that in the service department, can you imagine how they sell any cars??
