onThe folks at this dealership were rude, accusatory, and dishonest about their customer service. I leased my vehicle and after I left the dealership, they forgot to turn in my bank paperwork until I called to check on the status, they submitted it incorrectly, causing it to need to be re-done, and put off getting my new tags so I didn't receive them for 2 months after buying the vehicle. They then forgot to take the title of my trade-in and called me up to 7 times a day until I mailed it, after I had said I would mail the title once I received copies of my bank paperwork, which I still have never received.
I filed a complaint with Jeep Corporate and they assured me a manager from the dealership promised to reach out to me, yet I never received a call from them.
Please spare yourself the hassle and go to literally any other dealership if you are looking for a Chrysler vehicle.
