Bad workmanship

onWe we're coming back from the beach and got into an accident, the insurance company said that Sanders Ford was one of their "preferred" shops, so we had the truck towed there. We live 2 hours away and waited 2 weeks for the work to be finished....when we got it back we had to turn around and take it back to a dealership repair shop because it had multiple things wrong with it. The headlights were not aligned, the windshield fluid line was not connected, the tires were rubbing against something and making a popping sound, the lower shield to the radiator needed to be repaired, the cooling reservoir tank was not connected properly, and the biggest issue was the missing bolts in EVERYTHING!! Reason the headlights weren't aligned? All bolts missing but one!! Screws missing in the fender retainer liner and the cooling reservoir tank was missing bolts! I answered "no" to all the questions asked because they did not do quality work.......
