I would have to say that in all of my experiences in purchasing a new vehicle, this experience with Infiniti of Lake Norman with John Pratt and Amber was by far the best ever. Their customer service was second to none. I explained to Mr. Pratt what type of car I was looking for and he went over and beyond to ensure that.
