Subaru Concord

This was the best car purchasing experience our family has ever had. From the moment we spoke with Mike over the phone we were treated with nothing but respect and kindness. He was knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor. Then we got to meet Rick who was personable, respectful, friendly, and had a great sense of humor as well. We genuinely felt they were there to work their hardest to give us the best deal possible. They never hassled us or gave us any pressure to do anything we weren't absolutely certain about. After leaving to think things over, we decided to purchase the used Subaru Forester we had test driven. We went back to sign the papers with our 7 year old present. When we walked into the finance office, we met Earl. Again - respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. And since we had a little guy with us, the 3 worked together to make sure we got in and out of there fast. Everything they had promised us before leaving was delivered and they absolutely stuck to their word. It was the epitome of outstanding customer service and teamwork.
