I came in thinking that this would just be more of the same....Pre-approved but not really. At first, it appeared as though I had wasted my time. But Duane and the GM worked their magin and I left in a BRAND NEW CAR complete with bells and whistles. I really appreciate them taking the time to help me and I hope everyone has the experience that I did. Thanks for everything!
