Asheboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

From the time I purchased my truck until the last service I will ever have done there it has been the absolute worst experience of my car buying journey. We asked our credit not be ran but twice and if it didn't go through we would keep our 2014 fusion and wait. I had over 30 inquiries. We waited 4 hours and kept getting the run around one guy took the truck to be washed it came back scratched. Then after waiting the guy that was helping us was annoyed because we didn't go see the guy about finishing the paperwork and down payment well communication was missed somewhere because all we kept getting was just have to wait i left the dealership with a 2015 ram and only 1 key. It took 2 weeks to get another I had an interview the day I scheduled for the new key to be programmed. My husband had to take off work to get me to my interview because the original plan was for me to get a vehicle to drive to my interview and they said no once I got there but that I would have to rent one which was absured because it was their fault they didn't have both keys. Then I made an appointment because my back window was leaking. I was 2 hours late for work because a 10 minutes job took an hour and a half and everyone that came in after me left quickly with their service issues. We do a lot of business elsewhere and I have nothing good to say about this dealership. It was a horrible experience and I should have just left but I had to have a truck immediately. But I know next time and if anyone says anything about going I warn them against it. I know a few people who had issues there we actually found a truck for someone who had cash but the dealership told her they was losing money by taking her cash they wanted her to finance. The truck she wanted was 20k and she has 19k and they wouldn't help her. Sorry excuse for a dealership.
