Koeppel Mazda

I took my Mazda 3 for the 7500 miles service to Koeppel Mazda (Queens, NY).It was supposed to include rotation of the tires. I was having a problem with my front passenger side tire (deflating every 4 days) I asked them to also check it. I picked up my car and they told me that all the tires were rotated and they couldn't find anything wrong with the deflating tire. Soon after, the same front passenger side tire deflated which made me realize that they lied to me, no tire was rotated.Back at Koeppel they finally took my tires out and found a nail, the tires were rotated. I am angry and frustrated. When I take my car for service to an official Mazda dealership, I expect top service, and I would certainly never imagine that the would cheat like that. Who knows what else they say they do, but they don't. Check breaks? replace oil? This place gives Mazda a bad name. I will never go there again
