Lack of honesty, integrity, training, knowledge and communication

on1/12/2014, 2002 Olds Alero had puddle of power steering fluid under the car.
We delivered it to WH Chevy for diagnosis and recommended service.
Service Mgr. John T. informed us that both power steering lines were leaking and needed to be replaced
($690).
Also, if replaced the pressure would "blow out" the leaking power steering drum (this happening is impossible), $1,200 to replace.
Also, claimed we had a transmission leak, needed an oil change(which was done 2 weeks earlier, elsewhere) along with other minor items.
Then informed me the car was unsafe to drive and will "NEVER" pass inspection again.
Chose to have the vehicle towed elsewhere.
A certified master mechanic diagnosed the situation as a faulty clamp on the power steering return line.
Cost of repair $10 for a new clamp and $14 to refill the power steering reserve.
Numerous voice mail messages were left for dealership GM Melissa A. to discuss this matter.
Unfortunately, those have been ignored and never returned.
Final nail:
Charged me 1 hour labor for their troubles.
