onI purchased a car in Dec 2013. I asked for the tires to be replaced.
I was relocating.
I had my car checked in CO and they stated that the tires were 2 32sec and that they needed to be replaced.
I called syracuse and stated the issue. I was told that they would not work with the subaru dealer in CO because they could not see the tires and that they would not take the word of another subaru dealer.
Thus they are bald and i have to incur the cost of the tires.
The front in is leaking and there is a plastic hanging off the bottom. I pd 28999 for this vehicle and this dealer is not standing by their word to provide customer svc.
I was told that I would have to drive 2400 mi so they could inspect the tires. I am dismayed and i feel swindled out of my money.
