Salesperson (Ulas) was very knowledgeable about several vehicles I was comparing and spoke positively about most - a refreshing approach rather than putting down other makes and models - and cited many of the comparisons I had already read about in Consumer Reports, etc. He had clearly done his homework and remembered what he had read. I knew what I was looking for and the salesperson did not try to lead me in a different direction, but did lay out options for consideration. Ulas was very helpful in working with our busy schedule that does not allow for much idle time. Delivery was well organized and efficient. This is our first Subaru and we are off to a great start.
