I have driven BMWs for many years and they have been great vehicles. However, I became interested in the new GLC and had heard good things about Joe C. in sales. My experience at their sister BMW dealership had always been excellent and I had high hopes and expectations. Also, my impression from shopping at other dealers in the area has been that although they are trying to embrace the Internet, they don't do it very well. This was a positive experience, really great--from the moment I walked in the front door. I was greeted immediately by a concierge type person and was not kept waiting at all to talk to Joe. I felt from the very beginning, that I was treated with respect and I did not get the impression that I was being pushed or sold or pressured in any way. On the contrary, I felt that he was sincerely trying to help me and meet my needs. After determining what options I wanted, he was able to get the vehicle I had asked for, with easy communication (in person, by phone, email, and text). Sales manager Ray was also great and I felt their customer service was excellent. I would highly regimen this dealership.
