Terrible Service

onHorrible experience! Do not take your vehicle there for service. They can't even fix a weather strip properly. They literally tried to upsell me a whole new set of tires, failing to realize that I had already replaced the tires through them only 900 miles ago.
I should have known better when they made me pay for the labor to replace a rim that was chipped on a brand new car before I took possession.
The service manager, Don, even tried to convince me that my 900 mile tires needed to be replaced because the car was stored in an unheated garage over the winter. All he was doing was trying to cover for the incompetence of his service team.
