My wife and I were in the market for an SUV and to say the least the task was a bit daunting. It was one of our first big purchases together and we were reluctant to really get attached to anything at first glance, but when we saw/test-drove a new RAV4, that virtually dissolved. Not to mention the sales associates at New Country Toyota of Clifton Park, namely Jim Rhoades, made it a streamlined and comfortable and very satisfying process. Needless to say we walked away with a 2013 RAV4 with all the bells and whistles--just what we were looking for--thanks to our attentive, personable sales associate, Mr. Rhoades. He and his sales managers worked out numerous deals for my wife and I, understanding our budget and needs, and weren't satisfied until we were, getting us a sweet deal in the end that we simply couldn't resist.
