Northway Toyota

I just purchased a new Tacoma SR5 from Northway Toyota and couldn'€™t be happier. We visited 2 other dealerships in the area and this one by far, had the best price and was the most well run dealership. They give you immediate assistance as you walk in the door, (however, there is no pressure). We inquired originally on-line to see what was available on their lot and received an email back within 10 min. from Jody the internet salesperson, and later a call from her. She gave us a very positive, first impression of the business. One of the other dealerships got back to us 5 hrs. later and the other one never did get in touch with us. Ashley Daley was our sales professional. WOW, this young woman knows her stuff! She was extremely knowledge about the trucks, helpful, friendly, professional, through, had wonderful communication skills, and sense of humor. She was so easy to work with! We will be back to see her when it'€™s time for MY new car!!! We also had a chance to meet Dan Tran the business manager and Andy Massino the Sales manager. Both of these gentlemen wanted to make sure we were getting the service that was expected and eager to answer any questions we might have. If you are in need of a used or new vehicle, this is the Toyota dealership to visit. Customer satisfaction is their #1 priority!!!
