Keeler BMW

I have had numerous experiences with car dealerships throughout the Capital District, and none compare to the one I have had with Keeler. When I initially became a customer of Keeler BMW I was hoping to get out of a Nissan lease; the car I was driving was poorly manufactured, unsafe and unappealing, additionally, it was clear that was this companies leases, and vehicles were created with poor, merciless and manipulative business tactics. The staff at Keeler were understanding, welcoming, genuine and respectful. The sales staff, and business members I worked with were conscientious of my time, predicament and financial situation. Ron, Augie and Drew listened to my needs and made sure that I left with a safe, affordable, reliable, and attractive vehicle. Prior to driving off the lot I also had the pleasure of working with Jen; she was personable, kind, intelligent and forthcoming with the business end of my transaction, answering all of my questions and ensuring that I understood the "lingo" of car sales, as well as my financial documents. Since my purchase with Keeler BMW my car has been everything I have expected and hoped. The service department is accommodating and thorough, assisting me in maintaining my vehicle inside and out. The sales and business staff I worked with continue to call or email me personally every couple of months to confirm that I am happy, and taken care of (without being excessive or bordering on solicitation, which in my opinion is rare). In the several months that have passed, I have suggested Keeler BMW to numerous family members and friends, their experiences are consistent and similar. Today I have a driveway full of beautiful, reliable and well made vehicles, and a house full of happy customers and I couldn't thank the staff at Keeler BMW enough for that.
