Elm Chevrolet

I contacted this dealership on 12/26/2015 (Sending an online application then following it up with a phone call). I received two emails back, both of which I responded to. On 12/28/2015 I called to speak with the Mike Storm (the man who had sent the emails) and he had no recollection of ever emailing me,he initially told me I must have been dealing with someone else. When I explained everything from start to finish and he pulled up my application he told me that he would run it and give me a call back. I called 12/29/2015 to see where we stood and he told me that my application was still pending that he would call me back in a couple of hours. It's 1/9/2016 and I still have yet to hear back from him. In the meantime I applied with another dealership and was approved in minutes. I set up an appointment and drove 2 1/2 hours, checked out their stock and drove off with the vehicle I fell in love with that very same day! Needless to say Elm Chevrolet was more of an aggravation and hassle than they were helpful.
