Tried to buy 2010 Prius via online service

onI requested a lease quote via online website for 2010 Prius. I received one and a few days later was told by the customer relations manager (Melissa Lombardo) that there was a special going on and the payment decreased by $50 per month. When I decided to go ahead with leasing this car ( 5 days later), I was told that the special was over even though I was sent emails with all details and was verbally told that this special would last the entire month. I was told that the sales manager (Brent) would call me to explain. No call so far. It seems that they just quote you a price to get you interested and as soon as you are ready to lease the car, suddenly the price goes back up. Very dishonest. I will go with a different dealer. There are plenty honest dealers NY.
They also lied about the availability of the car. They told me that the car I wanted cannot be located in the entire North East. I called another dealer and was told that there are at least 5 available. Lies, lies, lies. You can't trust their sales people.
