Plaza Kia

I'm a fan of great customer service. I like when a representative takes a moment to hear my needs and then figures a way to make things work. The sophisticated look of Kia Plaza Automall was very upscale and pleasant to shop for a car. The sales rep Marvin Smith was excellent. He showed me the cars and their features. He explained what the car could do for me based on my needs. He worked quickly and efficiently. The other reps were very nice as well because while I was waiting they made sure I was ok. The environment made me very comfortable in selecting a Kia. Just for the friendly environment even if you're not a Kia fan you will become one after meeting with this rep. I thank you for the pleasant experience and I look forward to working with Kia Plaza Automall again when my lease is up!!! Thanks👍🏽
