I've owned Fords my entire life. The team at Salerno Duane have proven to me to be the most knowledgeable, experienced and honest group of technicians I've dealt with. Once my issue was detected it was explaind to me in a manner I could understand. The estimate was on the money and the extensive work was completed within the time they promised. I also recieved info from the service department on how to avoid further problems and how to keep my family's vehicle running safely and efficiently. They earned a customer for life.
