Victory Subaru

We visited the Victory Subaru dealer with the intention to buy a new vehicle. A sales consultant, Louis Hernandez greeted us at the door. He took us for a test drive. We knew exactly what we wanted to have for our new vehicle and the price we were willing to pay so the process was quick. He treated us with respect, not like some "not so smart" sales at Toyota who did not show respect to Asian buyers. Back to the point, the experience was positive, no time wasting. We asked Louis to fill the paperwork for us to get the $25 Visa Giftcard (for those who come to the dealer for a test drive). We did not know if he remembered to do it for us. So at this point, I would give him a "B+" grading. To be fair, if we hear from him about it, we will go back and update this comment. For those who plan to shop for a new Subaru in Jan 2017, give the paperwork to the sales consultant to get the $25 Visa Giftcard first before signing any deal.
