on Jennifer, the service rep was very helpful and friendly. When I took the car in, I thought I was only getting the AC system checked out, as it did not produce cold air. I was going to wait for the car. The Kia service staff identified an additional issue with the cooling system which need to be addresses. Jennifer arranged for a rental car so I could leave the car to be fixed. I live 40 miles from the dealer and would not have been able to leave the car, without the loaner. The car was ready to go early the next morning. Jennifer also told me details on my extended service plan which I was not aware of. Jennifer is a valuable employee, thank you! Jude T., Jersey City
