High price and very slow service

I brought my car in for an oil change. There was a hand full of people in the waiting area. It took one hour and 45 minutes to complete. They even charged 5 dollars more the service than any other Toyota dealship. This is the worse service I received.On top of the poor service they made a mess in the car. If you need service head to [another dealership].
