TSJ Auto Brokers

I recently purchased a BMW 328i convertible from TSJ.This is my second highline vehicle purchase experience with TSJ and I must say that both of my buying experiences have been friendly, pressure free and professional. My first purchase, a F-150 SVT Raptor, was over a year and a half ago and the vehicle was in excellent condition and has been performing flawlessly since I drove it off the lot. The BMW 328i however, I discovered after purchase that I could not hook up my cell phone to the idrive system. When I brought this to the attention of the management team at TSJ they determined that the vehicle needed to be looked at by the local BMW dealer. The service advisor at BMW coordinated with the owner of TSJ (Tammer) and General Manager (Dave) on the required costs to repair the system. Short story is, I was provided a loaner car from BMW, the car was fixed and, I did not pay a penny out of my own pocket! WOW! Now that's customer service and that is why I will keep going back to TSJ Auto Brokers every time I am looking for a vehicle. Thank-you Tammer, Dave and the entire TSJ Team!
