Poor customer service

onUnbelievable, I have been calling Hudson Hyundai's service department since 7:30am and all I get is the run around. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealer again. This is beyond ridiculous. My car is a month old and I am having possible transmission issues. When I call to resolve this matter, you blow me off, promise me a return call, send my calls to voice mail or don't answer at all. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.
