DCH Freehold Toyota

I took my 2010 Camry for service and after the service and wheel rotation the car was given back with 1 missing wheel covers. When I highlighted it they said it came with the missing cover and I know for sure it was not. After the few days of service I get a call for feedback and I mentioned to them about the missing wheel covers then the person offers me to give good rating on the survey only then he will get the wheel covers replaced. This is unbelievable tactics to get good survey ratings. I said Ok to it. Then after 2 months there was no follow up calls about the replacement of wheel covers that's when I decided to complete the survey with poor ratings. Then I get a call from DCH freehold Toyota saying the reason I didn't get my wheel covers replaced is because of the bad survey ratings. The service person who was handling this was Butch.
