Hi Carolyn,
I was assured by you that car rental for which I was erroneously charged would be credited, but it has not... It has been about 2 months since I brought my Kia in for service and initially notified you of the problem at the beginning of this year. I have tried to reach you by phone and email numerous times and none of my messages have been returned.
My Kia is due for it's next service, however, I will not be returning to Jack Daniels.

Hi Carolyn,
I am following up on my call last week. I was charged $120.93 by Enterprise
for a car rental during a service visit. Enterprise (Fairview, NJ office)
charged me because they were unable to get a RO/PO# from Jack Daniels Kia.
Have you been able to resolve this? I haven't seen a credit on my American
Express thus far. Please update me on the status of this.
