onThis place is unorganized and unprofessional. John Bella, sales manager, has an I don't care, whatever attitude about customers. I called at 2:00 about a used car and spoke to Tom. Tom ensured me the car is here. I double checked because we are 2 hours away. So we made an appointment for 6. John Bella called me at 4:00 and said if I have any questions to call. We drove all the way there to be told the car was sold last weekend. We spoke to John Bella and he said I can't help what cars come in. Price is dependent on financing. What's the big deal? Pick another car. He had the "whatever" smirk and tone. I even told them during the initial call that we are cash buyers. It was a $10,000 car. They could have called me since they knew I was coming up for a car that had been sold. John is very unprofessional. In my 20 years in the air force and being a pilot, I have never run across this before. A manager with an I don't care attitude. Be warned about dealing with this place. You might get treated like a piece of dirt and lied to. This was for my sons first car that he had picked out. What a first experience for my son. At least he learned that this car dealership, Edison Nissan, in NJ are [non-permissible content removed].
