Toyota of Nashua

We recently (Feb 2018) made a purchase from Toyota of Nashua. We were looking for a vehicle for our daughter who had been driving the family Prius. I loved the Prius, but with winter time driving and a long commute, I wanted an AWD that was a bit more substantial for her to be in. The folks at Toyota of Nashua were absolutely terrific. When we first started looking on the internet we ran into some difficulties. We received a follow up note from Zac Casey, the General Manager, who got personally involved in getting the process back on track. Zac was absolutely incredible in making things happen, and remained involved throughout the selection and purchasing process. Once the process was back on track, he put us in contact with John Matheson, Sales & Leasing Representative. John was absolutely great in helping my daughter pick out her first vehicle. He literally spent an entire Sunday with us (primarily my daughter), in helping her understand all the features of the cars and test driving the one of interest. The patience and teaching which he exhibited was extraordinary. He was as concerned about her understanding the things to consider in buying a car as much as making a sale. The professionalism which he exhibited was impressive. Once we had selected a vehicle and settled on the price, we then worked with "Quincy" Han Tran, Business Manager. Quincy, also realizing this was my daughter's first car purchase, was patient and took the extra time to explain and ensure that my daughter understood all the documents which she was signing. He was also extremely good about what accessories he recommended she consider and why and those which he didn't recommend. Overall, I can't say enough good things about the car buying experience that I and my daughter experienced with the Team at Toyota of Nashua. I would do business with them again without hesitation.
