As a Ford owner I prefer to have my F-150 and Edge serviced by my local authorized Ford Dealership.
On my recent No Appointment for an oil change, a Brake issue was discovered by Matt during the multipoint inspection. The Service Advisor Craig, offered to show me the brake pad and rotor condition, I declined because I do trust this the entire service department. Fortunate for me they were able to make the repairs that day. I always choose the Works Package as I believe this package covers all the requirement to keep my Fords in peak reliable condition.
