Fantastic Sales Experience

onAmazed! Our last car buying experience at a Manchester dealership left us with such a bad taste in our mouth that we were fearful of what to expect; We contacted product specialist online and set up an appointment for Saturday morning. Nate Hollins was the sales person that we met after we were greeted at the door. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the way the Grappone dealerships did business, and how they did thing differently and asked us questions in order to find out which 2016 F150 vehicle might suit me and my wife. We quickly narrowed the choice to one vehicle and we went for a test drive. Nate explained the product clearly, and was aware of what mattered most to me. Nate patiently answered all of my questions about the the differences of the Engines, and whether or not it would work for my snow plow. When it was time to talk about the dreaded price this is when Nate made all the difference. We weren't shuffled off to negotiate with some high pressure finance manager, or the "back and forth" with 2 other Managers. He gave us time and space to come to our decision and explained the different purchase and lease options. Our decision was based on facts without pressure; a huge contrast to our past car buying experiences. Thank you to the Grappone family for adopting this business model and Thank you Nate !!! for helping us make a great purchase. We love our new Truck !
