I drove five hours to buy the exact Evoque that I wanted. I was in constant contact with salesman and had all but signed the papers upon arrival. I had just graduated and started a new job and could only go on a Saturday. As soon as we drove up the salesman showed me a dent in the door and said don't worry, we have a man that travels fixing these and he will come to your home and you will never know it is there. Well to make a long story short it has been three months, they will not return my phone calls and emails. I have a "we owe you" but that does no good if I don't have the time to travel to their dealership. Now I have to hire an attorney.
