Schmelz Countryside Volkswagen

I have been a customer at Schmelz Countryside VW Maplewood MN for 15+ years. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for purchase/lease or service on my vehicles. The sales and service staff have always gone out of their way to help me with any questions or needs that I have, and I trust them implicitly. Patric von Drashek in sales, as well as Mike Barcalow in finance, were so knowledgeable and so patient with me as I went through the process of returning a leased vehicle and releasing another Volkswagen Tiguan. Their experience and knowledge guided me smoothly through the paperwork, and I left, once again, (and as always in the past), happy and secure in the knowledge that I was in good hands at Countryside, as well as in a good, safe and beautiful car.
