onWaiting 3 weeks now to get our spare key and owners manual. I requested key be held at store for pickup but they sent to home address. UPS has now tried to deliver 6 times. I have asked Motorwerks repeatedly to get package back from UPS since March 9 and we still don't have a resolution and there are zero status updates from the sales rep.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with trying to receive your key. Please understand that because it is a vehicle key, BMW of North America requires we ship it with a signature. Our shipper, Gabe, was on vacation but returned and called you to discuss your options of delivery for the package.
