Headlight

onI was extremely pleased with my last visit to the dealership after the not so happy visits and un-resolved issues with my headlight that led up to the lastest visit. I was listened to finally and my issue was researched and acted upon and now several weeks later my headlight is "still" working. I want to brag about the service manager who reached out to me personally, then did his research on my headlight and came up with possibly reasons for my issue with my headlight, but more importantly had solutions to those issues. I finally felt confident when I arrived and especially when I left the dealership that my headlight will finally work. I still check periodically to see if it is still working the headlight, but at least I feel better that if it is not, it's not because of a lack of caring or trying to get it fixed by the dealer. I also would like to Thank Brian C. our salesman who also personally got involved with my visits to get this situation corrected. Thank-you for everything, especially these suveys, because I feel this is why I finally had ears that listened to my problem and why I got results.
