My experience with Mercedes Benz of Novi has always been good. This is the third vehicle I've leased from them, and my rep Noor Kalasho is exceptionally professional and courteous throughout the process. She has always exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the process, and I would highly recommend her to everyone.
