The dealer/service staff are outstanding. However Kia's regional folks approved the replacement of a door sill molding as a one time courtesy decision. The involved part is not fit for the purpose intended and should not wear out in a car with less than 10,000 miles on it. To reiterate, the dealer is great but Kia states it will hassle me as to a further replacement of the involved rubber molding.
