Lexus of Ann Arbor

I just wrote about my car buying experience with Lexus of Ann Arbor and now I am writing about my first service appointment. I guess it was this appointment that made me decide to write both reviews. I set my appointment via phone, i drove in, they opened the door as I pulled up. they greeted me as I pulled in, by name. And they took me to the coffee/snack bar and walked me to the waiting room. I went to the showroom, where my salesperson greeted me and I offered to take him to lunch, he accepted and we ate. I got back, was told my first service was free, SWEET, and for the first time in my life was not offered any type of upsell in service. My past 2 cars were BMWs, my last BMW 5 series came with free service, the B.S. is on the free part. Everytime I went in I was told I need this or that, and it was not covered with my free service, but I still needed it. My GS350 was pulled back into the service lane, it was a snowy day and they still had it cleaned and dried off. I noticed they even cleaned the floormat, as I had spilled some coffee all over it the day before. What an awesome service appointment. They offered me a free courtesy car, I didn't need it, but still, nice. I am excited to go back and see how my second appointment goes. Could not be happy, my parents, as normal, were right.
