Had been shopping around to trade in 2 cars for one so by the time I stopped at Mastria Nissan I was feeling tired and overwhelmed from other places. From the minute I walked in the door the employees didn't waste any time in changing my opinion of the whole car buying experience. They got right to work with appraising my vehicles, listening to what I wanted in a vehicle, finding that perfect vehicle. The usual strain of price negotiations didn't take place because they were remarkable on my trades and stayed within my price range. The sales managers Brian and Bruce are totally great guys that know about vehicles (love dealing with guys that know vehicles especially high performance vehicles). At no time was there any pressure!! Every employee was so friendly, the dealership was spotless, the service department offered customers a very nice, clean lounge with a big flat screen tv (you can actually change the channels if you'd like), refreshments and phenomenal cookies. Another plus that made me decide to purchase my new vehicle from them was that you get free tires for life of vehicle...that totally blew my mind! My salespersons name was Marvin and this guy rocked!! He has a great sense of humor, very personable and stays on top of every detail....over all my years of buying vehicles I have never met such an outstanding sales person!! I have never owned a Nissan vehicle before so this is my first...bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue and love it. When the time comes I will purchase from them again without a doubt and would highly recommend them to family and friends!!
