Hello, first I never write reviews unless I receive exceptional service. I was floored by the professionalism and also the ability of Mr. Gravem to listen to what I wanted. No hard sales push just complete honesty. I may be in the market to trade in my Toyota and wanted to know what was available to me in regards to an SUV that has 3 rows. Mr. Gravem went beyond what I expected eventhough he knew I was just "researching" at this time. I will for sure purchase my next vehicle from Mr. Gravem. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.
