I had an incredible experience!!! I live in Washington, DC and found the car I was looking for on their website (which was up to date with the cars on their lot!) after going to five different dealers in a 30 mile radius. I placed a call to see if they could meet my price, and they DID!!! IMMEDIATELY!! Ariel, who answered the phone, took care of me right away and never kept me waiting or confused. Absolutely no haggling or the silly song & dance of negotiations - seriously. They were straight with me from the get-go, which I didn't think was even possible at a car dealership!! Ariel was just lovely and so helpful and passed me on to work with Gary in sales. Gary provided stellar customer service every step of the way - he was genuine, thorough, always nice, on point, and went out of his way multiple times to help me navigate the complicated circumstances of a DC resident purchasing a car in MA. He just went above and beyond and I can't say enough good things about working with him. Gary gets TEN stars from me!! He and his team put every dealer in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area to shame!! They were SO awesome that I just couldn't not buy the car from them. So I booked a one-way ticket on JetBlue, got the whole process done in a few hours, and drove the car of my dreams (Jeep Renegade) back down to DC on the same day. It was worth every minute of it. Gary is amazing for sure, but I was also so impressed by the entire team effort - Jon, the sales manager was straightforward, funny, and also gave 110% effort (even AFTER HOURS the night before I got there to make sure everything was worked out). Greg, the business manager walked me through every step of my financing and paper signing with such a pleasant demeanor when I was there. He never badgered me about anything I didn't want, was so thorough and careful, and there were no hidden costs snuck in here and there. Adam, the general manager even came out of his way to greet me when I was at the dealer. They made the process so much easier and enjoyable than all of the dealers I saw around where I live. They made me feel like I was a member of their family. People: I cannot even tell you what a dream it was to work with these folks!!! I got an amazing deal, zero hassle, lots of smiles and friendly thorough communication. I didn't even tell them (so maybe they'll find out if they read this) that I had gotten a VIP referral to a DC-area dealer manager from a co-worker of mine, and I STILL preferred to do business with Central Dodge. Please don't count out this dealer, wherever you may live. They are WELL worth it.
