Well, your service staff (Brian) dug into my Mountaineer and found about 3,000 worth of needed repairs. 168,000 miles on it... Visited with Nichole Beauregard, sales agent and purchased a 2014 Explorer. You should know that over the last 3 months I have visited your lot and show room and never "connected" with the right salesperson. Nichole was extremely knowledgeable about ALL the cars on your lot. She was friendly courteous, outgoing, NOT PUSHY, and very comfortable discussing technology, finance and warranties. We wound up purchasing the car from her in less than an hour. She is an asset to your staff. Buy the way, my wife and I are 62 and she had no problem interacting with us. If any employee recognition is available SHE deserves it. Pat in the business office was great as well. She was able to fully explain the benefits of the extended warranties and we purchased that as well. Fantastic experience. Ps thank you for breakfast.
