Lev Kia of Framingham

Last week bought a new 2011 Kia Sportage here. I was dreading the process of looking for a new car because of all the past horrible experiences I had. I started online with emails, Edmunds, CR, etc. I emailed this dealer first, and got straight answers from Ken Russian, so I decided to go and test drive the car there. Ken was knowledgeable and listened really closely to what I was looking for. I had my teenage son with me, and Ken was very patient and helped me include my son in the process, which was appreciated. After talking about what I was looking for, Ken sketched out some numbers. It was a good deal. And, more important, as we got closer and closer to signing things...the deal didn't change. All in all, a pleasant experience where I expected to be on the defensive and worried about being cheated. (And I love my car)
