A Great Focus on Their Customers

onThis was the sort of auto service that most people probably dread -- annoying, the intermittent electronic problem! Not an issue with the great Service Department at Waldorf Ford. My Fusion Hybrid has both blind-spot and rear hazard warning. Recently the speaker that goes "beep-beep-beep" had begun to sound more like a sick crow, and then not bothering to chirp at all. More irritating, the warning on the dashboard that something was amiss had become a flashing beacon. I thought this would be hard, but Dave B. in Service listened attentively when I first described the problem and I was delighted when the response was a confident "we've seen things like this before, you're probably correct about the cause, bring it in". Sure enough, the system didn't "like" that one small speaker not playing well with the rest of the technology, they had the part in stock, and the issue solved in a couple of hours (it's NOT an easy speaker to get to). Problem solved, as I've come to expect!
