Nationwide INFINITI of Timonium

My wife and I had been looking for several weeks for a QX56 with very specific features. We were able to locate a QX80 via Nationwide's website that met all those features except one (Wood steering wheel). This feature was the only optional feature that we could add on later. Mr. Paul H took my call when inquiring about the vehicle and he did a Excellent job explaining the features of the vehicle and as a salesman in general, he did a great job. We were able to trade our 2004 QX56 for a comparable dollar amount. The trade amount provided by Nationwide came in at exactly what the CarMax Buying Center was willing to purchase the vehicle. We felt welcomed by all members of your sales, service and finance staff. Mr. H also provided us lunch (pizza) while we waited that was provided by another happy customer. This was an exceptional sales experience !!!
