Terrible!

onHeld on to my 2011 Kia Optima for three days, didn't do a thing to it and had the nerve to tell me my brand new car (600 miles) can't be fixed! Seriously? It has a dangerous pull to the left that is a known problem. Suggested I bring my car to another dealership. Perhaps they will be more competent...
