Audi Frederick

My husband and I were in the market for a quality used minivan. We researched and visited many dealerships in the tri-state area but none compared to the attentive and efficient treatment we received from our very first visit to Ourisman, Frederick. We met Jeff Eubinag the first day we drove into the lot to look at the Toyota Sienna we had found online. Jeff was helpful and kind without being pushy! We took the car for a test drive and Jeff was able to answer our questions or quickly researched answers if he didn't know them off hand. We ended up purchasing the Sienna and were very pleased with the negotiations! We felt respected and were certainly treated fairly! We ended up with an EXCELLENT deal! The financing team and everyone who worked with us were polite and very helpful and spent time with us answering our questions and making sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. After buying the car we had some questions about some features that we couldn't figure out and took the car back to see Jeff. He came right out and jumped in the car with us and helped us figure out what we were doing wrong - he found the solution to each of our concerns and did it all with a smile! So very friendly and helpful!!! After a few days we realized that the van was missing the rear window sunscreen on one side. We brought the van back and told them it was missing. They could have gotten away with not replacing the missing part, but they didn't - Matt (I think he's the manager), spoke with me and decided to make it right at the expense of the dealership. The part itself was over $100 and they got it ordered for us and installed it for no charge. This wasn't just a quick done deal buy as we had many questions, but through all our multiple encounters everyone, especially Jeff and Matt, was extremely helpful and courteous! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!
