One month and still no car... >snip< UPDATE: From one star to four in 60 seconds flat. So the long story short: I originally published a one star review because of the incredible month-long nightmare with my car at Ourisman (formerly Martens). I went in today, sad and defeated, to pick it up I was dumbfounded that my last effort e-mail was shared with staff and Ourisman made it right. They apologized for the long delays -- and it seemed very sincere. More importantly, they honored the original quote, which was some $1,800+ less than what I was expecting to pay. I know shops build in cushion, but this must have been a hit for for them. Thanks so much for making it all right in the end.
